1 week to go and I understand the buzz around Colchester is amazing. A few things before I stop posting for at least a year post this event...........

Weapons, If you are bring your weapon as a guard or as part of your display, please have with you your paperwork for said weapon. I am talking De-acs not blank firing. Blank firing is fine and you obviously have no official paperwork so I would suggest you have your membership cards from WARS, AFRA etc or a copy of your public liability insurance. The Police have been informed about our event but I`m looking to cover all possibilities. FAC holders can make their own decisions on this situation but if you bring your weapons they will be confined to the Stadium only and not to be carried outside the event.

Gentlemen clean shaven polished boots and clean kit please we will be subject to a lot of media so I will say this now and I will say it again on the day, you are representing the UK`s WW2 Re-enacting Community and We would like no mis-quotes or misleading photos in the local rags etc. Lets look good and make this an amazing day.

Thank you so much we could not do this without you all.
