event planners arent psychic...cooperation from us all to give them what they need to get it underway will make this a hell of an event for all us participating

Update imminent - Meeting at Museum shortly - email contact list sorted - regular bulletins to be issued in last month run up - No good being a fussy pants and sending superfluous verbage out.
