I wouldnt class people against communism fighting for a country against communism as "traitors" as such.
Communism is a social and political belief and Adolf did invade Russia without a declaration of war and GB was purely by circumstances compelled to be an ally of a regime which had more in common with Adolf and his gang.
Communism is neither here nor there , taking up arms in the SS as a political soldier for Nazi Germany.................. the implications of doing this are treason.
