Yup. I guess that next time I will make a new thread called MY NEW ZM ITEM even if I will made it by myself again, it's funny that you get a lot of nice comments if you buy something there, but no one is interested if you make some research and after weeks of work you show your own item <lol>

I used the best resources that I could get in a month, I'm very happy about the wooden buttons and the zipper, but the textile could be a little bit better - If we get one, this will be fixed, but as for now - it's the best one on the market (colour and texture)

Excelent job, Bergführer!
Refeerening to Franz photo, the windblusen shown, look quite similar than the snow smock of the brits. You can find it at SOF. I got it and, despite it is a bit too thick, it looks good.

No. I have never seen a wartime photograph or an original Windbluse (anorak) in any Waffen-SS camo. W-SS Gebirgsjägers usually just wore the standard W-SS Camo Smock.

On the Heer (Army) side, the Windbluse was produced in the 'Marsh' pattern camos very late in the war, but not in the Splinter...have seen some field-made ones though.

Best bet for a regular Army Gebirgsjäger impression is the standard issue Tan/White or Olive/White Windbluse.

Any close-up available of the label stamp? I would like to reproduce it for my repro M42 anorak.

Danke,
Mike
