Love the shot with the ME109. Always loved the look of them. All business..always amazed me they fitted a cannon through the propeller. The ME109 just has that look that says "Gutentag! I intend to bring you death!"

I took the spare uniform with me as we weren't allowed to walk round the bars etc in SS
kit, these pics was taken on the Sunday afternoon just before i went home, i saw the
replica planes as i walked round and thought they would make a good shot lol

Just Seen this One - nice impressions , as always , but you said you weren't allowed to walk around the bars in SS uniform ? Really ? When did they introduce this policy ? I didn't go to W&P this year , work , as usual

Either way it's an "as if they could tell the difference" between an SS uniform and Wehrmacht one, as soon as they see a Swastika it's a SS Nazi uniform, even Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine, POA etc...

This was our own group instructions (SBG), i think because it was a new show
they didn't want any problems/complaints and were playing it safe, although i saw people
from other groups wearing SS kit, but as our group is diciplined we followed the instuctions
without questioning them.

PS: Somebody asked me the other day what camo iam wearing in those photo's,
as it happened all those pics apart from the LW ones were taken on the Sat so
iam wearing the same gear in all photo's, the camo is a type-2 Blurred smock
and late War pattern Oakleaf-B helmet cover all from SMW, this late kit was worn
because we were told it was a late War scenario, set in 1944.
