Christian , work on your fitness , train hard , is the best advice I can give . Personal fitness is very important .

yes, I must improve my fitness, but can never be sure which level one must achieve to be sure. I play football, tennis and do attend a gym on a weekly basis, not really a couch potato However, I will soon know where I stand when I start doing some small climbs locally.

Great film,amazing and beautiful footage..god...I get past 60 feet indoor climbing and become paralyzed,lol..I've found that I am much more suited to belaying...great stuff guys.
