Have you ever seen an original photo?

The photos you posted on the Russians and the 'Tiger' is far from realistic even if the one on the Russians is very good.

Realistic in quality but maybe not 100% accurate living history. I know why of course but I do love this photo. The grain, the focus, etc. This was taken with a 1929 Voigtlander folding camera with a Voitar 1:6.3 lens. No post production, just exactly as it came out.

And the tiger and russian photo's you posted still look shit and un-realistic? Who are you(or any of us) to say what we can and can't post on this thread? It's all a matter of opinion. Sadly I never got to see the photo you shot down in flames, so I cannot pass judgement.

.
The replica - Tiger tank - is one of the ones used in the movie "Saving Private Ryan." supposedly.....
This was the tank that was taken out during the famous “sticky bomb” scene.
It was apparently built upon a WWII Russian T-34/85 chassis.

my point - detracts from the realistic look of the picture - in my humble opinion of course.

Monty's men pics are superb - published in a WW2 ref book you would take them as genuine article!

Also like the 'dead' Japanese pic... others are good pics but 'filmic' in style rather than realistic...
