Lots of questions here :)

I believe that ASA 25 was typical pre-war with ASA 50 considered quick. ASA 100 was super, super quick for the time. I am happy to be corrected on this if I am wrong.

The photos were taken on a pre-war Kodak Retina and a Kiev contax copy (because all my original contax IIs as broken  ).

There are more to come when they are processed. As it took us over 3 hours to print out 20 prints including set up and clearing away we ran out of time.

Stupidly neither of us thought to take a picture of the processing set up

p.s. If anyone has a usable pre-war film developing tank and a contact printer for sale the set up will be totally period.

thanks for that, at the time i thought they looked too new,(shiny white) but then you realise its my own perception thats out, the real pictures we see now are old, at the time they would be shiny white.

Chemical processing has been a pain even in modern times so respect to you for making the effort in challenging conditions.

The Propagandakompanie has also ventured into the world of the motion picture. Here is our first production. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pq70HH6t6w8
This is the 'futility of war' style cut. Future productions in the 'newsreel style' will be available in the future.
