After having our oublic events at the railway station and at the museum ( remember: http://www.panzergrenadier.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=16861) we felt ready to have a relaxed training weekend which was opened for the public again.

So we take our time having a lot of training in tactics again.

Trainings in formal drill have also taken place, even llike a lesson in riding:

i have just organised a Horse and brought it to an public field where we showed what kind of work a horseman had to the interested pessengers

here you can see myself explaining our troop and the horsemanship to the public

but enough from the horses, like i have said before we take our time in tactics like taking place in field and how to move at the danger of enemy contact, so we have had a march in the night and many trainings at the fields every time open for the public wich sometimes come and ask us some things about our work and our group. and the reactions were all time positive.

All in all we have learned a lot again and we even get better from trainign to training so we are happy and proud to see you all soon again in england when we take a visit again.
The public were happy with us and we were proud that this work has taken place.

We hope you enjoy our activities and we wil hear from you and hold the contact like before
Cheers to our english friends

Like my comrade sayd before we had another visit just a training and we were regarded with best weather.

We have opened it for the public and we were happy some visitors stayed by our side enjoyed fresh potato and pea soup from the fire and we had a open dialogue to them.

by the way we did not only have public visitors - a befriended group of the border trops of the GDR has visited us and make some action for the public too so we were able to present our visitors an old and an modern army troops of course the NVA dosen't exist today but they were even an more modern army then the Wehrmacht and weapon SS.

We are looking forward too meet them again when we folow their invitation next month, this time in their uniforms, because even the NVA Uniforms will be in our repertoir soon

I had to admit that I have with the Double Eagle made a mistake, as my adviser.
Now I will make the police eagle down, so it gives a reasonable picture. Thank's for the tip.

No problem at all

Everybody makes mistakes when they begin. I find these pictures better then the previous!

Two points to watch out for in the future:

1 = when the MG Schütze has the MG on the move he should fold the aiming points down...
2 = we consider an Erbsentarn M43 Mütze as a FARB object

Keep on training and re-enacting!
