Lovely photography and people who look like WWII German soldiers. Good subject matter, nice settings and well executed.
May I ask though, I was given to understand the MG was first in the line on patrol..... is this the case when you move? Only the first photo has him second. Not a criticism - just a question.

Thanks! Yes, 100% right for the regular infantry movements. Though some photos were taken during the Stoßtrupp training, where the MG's would be in a more supporting role as the 'deckungstrupp', thats why they were placed in the rear.

Just something to think about :wink: You saw that the line up wasn't as you're expecting but I didn't hear you about the LW Soldat in the line up? :roll:
