Thanks for your support as always, I do not wish to give too much information away in advance.
I can say however that more events are planned for Germany. I have been contacted by some one
who can supply an Allied unit, so we have the makings of Germany´s first public Battle-Reenactment!

I have 35 years of personal WW2 Reenactment experience and with the help of my friends,
I will do my best to turn our plans into reality over the coming months and years.

Cheers, Bill.

I'm a bit confused here since I thought it was totally forbidden to portray German soldiers and especially SS in Germany. What's new?

Let's not do all that on this thread - let's keep it to positives and plaudits please - They deserve it.

All the "No SS" stuff has been done on the forum and others elsewhere...... and been proven WRONG.

Thanks Bill, but what you write is grateful to the team, all of us.
It is the joint work is the icing on the cake
I stand alone so that:
Ooops, I did it again .... somewhere in the east

But it goes ahead.
Next week I will once again slip into the role of the NVA.

Cheers Ingo

To me this is very positive news and since I have friends in Germany who come to Sweden for reenactment I think it would be interesting to know why this door suddenly have been opened. Their experience could help my friends and others who wants to reenact in Germany. But I don't want to step on someones toes so perhaps we should leave this discussion and my friends can continue to travel to Sweden and England to practise reenactment.

it would be interesting to know why this door suddenly have been opened.

Lehmann, you miss the point, it is not about how the reenactors are dressed,
but about the fact that Waffen-SS reenactment has been achieved in Germany.

Anyway, as you have only done two posts on this forum and no introduction, I would like to say hello and welcome :D
