Interesting locations and shooting angles. I'm a fan of the wool top and dot bottoms not so much the other way around.

This one is really nice, really shows the effectiveness of SS camo.

I like the blurred edge camo followed by oak B and palm next. This is the older green based Type1 from sm wholesale. Have had it for five years and it's still holding up strong. It works great in the pine forests here or at dusk/dawn but during the afternoon on a prairie field it's not so good.

Im the same lol, i have the dot-44 jacket as well but wouldn't wear it with the wool trousers as imho would look weird,
although the wools look ok with the camo smocks, i favour the different plane tree variations myself (1&2, 3&4, 5&6),
something about the Oak pattern that puts me off, still each to their own lol :)

I do like the planetree 5/6 pattern. Overprint is ok but the sharp end of some of the black areas throws me off.

True, the black print does look a bit prominent in some cases, trouble is some repros are
printed on duck material so fading takes longer as the duck material holds the colour but
do as i do, wash the item about 20 times then kick it around a muddy field it will fade
eventually lol :D

the fabric really does make a difference. My smwholesale blurred smock that I have had for five years running is just beginning to fade nicely. This is after many three-four day events in all types of weather conditions and seasons, I have even let people borrow it when I can't make an event just to beat it up. It's quite resilient.

Two years ago my freind Mike and I flew out to Camp Roberts, California of a tactical event. We spent the weekend with a FJ unit out there. I have never done FJ, so I had to borrow my gear from a mutual friend. It was a really good event. Our host unit treated us real well. Their impressions were really strack. I was very impressed on how well things are done in California.
