Panzer Fusilier Regiment Grossdeutschland

Post by GR916/15/14 »

Hallo,

I am now a 'non-active' member of Pz.Fus.Rgt.GD...

http://www.gd-uk.org

I have got the 'local' Pz.Fus.Rgt.GD a location for a photo shoot, this weekend (If all goes well...), we will be digging a trench and will have the MG34 and Lafette, the photo's should be on the site if they turn out any good...
I have bought quite a lot of equipment over the last few weeks and here I am...

All the best,
Nathan

Its the designation for the Panzer Fusilier Rgt. The Panzer Grenadier Rgt wore a white stripe, in practice they rarely wore it at all.

The practice was adopted in 1942 when the 1st Infantry Rgt GD became the Grenadiers and the 2nd Infantry Rgt became the Fusiliers.
