Well he's simply ceased trading AND he's bagged all the paid money from many of us - there's a hell of a difference there.
Anyway I agree, we have to accept it and move on. We've just been robbed as it occasionaly happens and there's not much we can do.

Mr Thomas, if you read this... Please refund my friend, or get some!!
He's simply ceased trading, it happens, has happened to me a few times, accept it, get over
it and move on, thats my advice!!!

Some things are hard to accept.
Still alot of money a pair of shoes.
He must refund the money no matter what.

I am sorry to contradict you Franz but the 300 Euros I paid Thomas for my uniform were never forwarded to the supplier. So I was told by the supplier himself, and I have good reason to believe him. And anyway Thomas must have a family, a friend, a partner, a lawyer or someone else who can take care of his debts if he's hospitalized. One cannot simply disappear into thin air when there's all this money involved - that's too easy.

If Thomas is as bad as said, he will have executors looking after his business/estate - more than likely family members. I appreciate his situation must be horrible, but there are people out of pocket who should be reimbursed.

Not sure how it works in Germany but they are the people you need to speak with.

On a lighter note, I was one of the lucky ones I had nothing but a positive experience with Thomas. I hope he get's well soon.

For those to bone idel to look for yourself try reading in announcements "reasons for thomas's absence" hint there's a contact at the bottom. And if that don't satisfy just remember lawyers cost way more than any boots.

I've heard Thomas is fit and well. I'm not saying this as a rival supplier. To begin with I was very concerned about Thomas, running a small business can be tough going and depression can be a dark place most wouldn't like to visit. Saying all that there seems to be a lot of people out there who are owed quite a bit of money. I don't know if it is true but when I spoke to a supplier known to myself and Thomas I was told he was fit and well. Maybe it was mistaken identity and Thomas really is ill.

If you had problems with an order, or if you know someone who had problems with a order ........

..........................then please send an e-mail to: zm-solutions@gmx.de

Please do not send PM. Send your message to my e-mail accout only
I am sure we will find a solution.

Please understand that I can´t give further informations about my personal situation here in the forum.

One important thing on the end, my special thanks to Eligius!

He really tries his best to mediate and help. Unfortunately it was not possible in full because he has a
family and has to run this own (non militaria) business. He has no business relationship with the former
Zeugmeisterei!

I wish you all a happy and especially a healthy new year

Best regards
