wwii axis reenactment forum

I have two original German folding shovels, but they are starting to show their age. I don't trust IMA's ad copy very much, but I would like to have a shovel that is 1. correct, 2,strong enough to dig with, move fire pit logs around, in general do shovel like things, 3. and yet not worry that if I break it, I have destroyed an original.
Has any one seen, used or owned one that can comment on the quality of the IMA folding shovel?
