First DAK stamp I've ever seen.

What an odd thing!? Ignoring "DAK 1942" stamp for the minute it does actually seem German, but clearly not a Zeltbahn! A semicircular drawstring and two arm(?) holes.... I await with interest any kind of explanation as to what it is!

It looks exactly like one of my many postwar Russian raincoats, which were also tents, and blankets, etc. I doubt many things were marked DAK, and I seriously doubt a Soviet army Plash would be sent to Africa with those markings.
