www.real-gun.com came up when doing a google search and I hadn't heard of them before.

Has anyone bought any deacts off these guys? Positive or negative experiences? They have a couple of deacts I would be interested in purchasing however I hadn't heard of them before. They don't seem to have a postal address on the site. Just wanted to check before making any purchases.

Seem to be UK based as prices quoted in Pounds and references are made to UK law. Probably a paintball outfit that has expanded into deacs etc as a result of interest in WW2 paintball scene?

Anybody bought from them?

That's what worried me. I have been a shooter and collector for 13 years, and reenacting for 7 years and hadn't heard of them. I did a google search and they came up. I was just worried cause I am after a deact Walther PPK; but the picture they have of the box of them isn't unlike a picture you could just take in Beltring and put on your website. I've emailed them so will wait to see what they say.

At the same time they have problems with their site and paypal. On one add they claim that the shopping "kart" (Yes, they misspelled cart) was down. And the descriptions seem a little too friendly...something tells me not to buy...and normally I'm the very trusting guy when it comes to this...

Have you watched the video linked from youtube on the de-acts page ? They seem kosher enough...

i'd certainly avoid the kar98 sniper though... the scope looks as if it's cable-tied on

k98 sniper my arse thats just a scope tie wrapped to a normal k98, scope doesnt even look right. Just based on some of their prices i would say no, less than a grand for a mauser with stock holster, too good to be true.

Skirmish South East does sound like a paintball or airsoft operation...

Ok further details are
http://www.yell.com/b/Skirmish+(South+E ... 901296336/
They are mainly Paintball, i have left a message on their phone number given, asking about what weapons are for sale.
the other phone numbers are Admin only, Phone.......... +44.448453130909 who appear to know nothing about this company, or were not prepared even to give a phone number, so until we can say they are legit, put a hold on dealing with them.
ill keep you informed

if their supposed admin company is claiming to know nothing it sounds a bit suspect. If there prices and pics are true then they have some good deals but I would say buyer beware

Just to update on these guys, I took the chance and ordered a deact Walther PPK in 7.65 cal on Monday. It arrived today via TNT but when I opened package I was disappointed to find it was a .22LR deact PPK. So far they have been very helpful, I told them I was unhappy as it wasn't a .22 one that was advertised so I've sent it back for an exchange.
