Hi, this may have been covered before, but can I buy mags from Europe (Norway, Germany) and get them sent to the UK without them being seized and other problems etc?

Yes, they are not a restricted item.

Don't let the muppets tell you not to try, you are perfectly legal in importing these. Some countries won't export them, but thats another issue.
