Not there in the UK (US resident), but I have the same problems with excessive bank fees for bank transfers. I would prefer to pay an extra fee for CC or PayPal use due it actually costing less in the end.

I personally think Paypal charges more than enough fees as it is, especially if you consider the fact that they tend to block anything nazi or gun related.

I think the problem Zib have is that, being in Germany and selling what they do they are having problems finding a CC service provider happy to take on the business?
We might think WTF? it's only a few bits of old war stuff but it seems to be an issue for them.
Paypal are well famous for not being happy with weapons related purchases.
If they adopt a UK account and I can make purchases without additional costs I might use them more.

Thanks for your comments everybody. It looks like a CC payment method is what we need, a UK bank account for wiring will not fill that gap enough. And yes, you are right Stigroadie, it is a little different here. You get stigmatised pretty fast, especially by people who do not know the Militaria collector scene. Many think if you collect/trade this stuff you are automatically politcal - which definitve is a false conclusion.

Hi Zib ....Just wondered if you have considered or could possibly use, some sort off commission based agent over here in the UK to process your orders ? It would possibly still work out cheaper than bank transfers for us in the UK ?? and you could possibly still ship from Germany ?

They are a cracking zelt in every department but the print.
I'm taking one to an event this weekend to see who notices.

It's a very nice print, though an unusual choice as it replicates the uncommon 'brown' variant on one side.

we bought 16 Zeltbahns from zib-militaria. http://www.zib-militaria.de/epages/6143 ... cts/190630

I have to say that print is really great (best splinter print on Zeltbahn I´ve ever seen), material as well. For the price Heiko offers it, it´s the best choise in my opinion.
We´ve already survived 2 great rains with the tent and noone got wet

So 1+ recommendation from me.

Now you have done it.
I looked at your fantastic zelthaus and saw a problem.
I cant find the highlighted section on original versions of the print. I'm not at home so I'm working from web images. Can anyone find it on originals or does the Zib version have problems? How did I miss it on the zelt I bought?

I think I like the look of this zelt. It appears to have the right colors, hardware, and if it has a problem with the pattern.. it's fine. It looks like it has everything that the Sturm ones doesn't. Although maybe not as perfect as the SMW ones. I think it may be worth the cost of 44 Euros. What do you guys think?
