Beltring photos

Post by grenadier heeder »

Anyone have any photos or links to sites with photos or have any in their own collection of the StuG III replica that was at Beltring a few years ago. I haven't got the energy to go back through W&P's extensive photo gallery. I think this was the one made for BOB but I'm not sure. Anyone help?

Wasn't there also a Pz IV replica about as well?

Are you sure you don't mean Steve Lamonby of Plus Film Services?

Yeah - Steve Lamonby actually built the thing for Alan Tomkins - depends who you read as to who is credited!!

It's quite good isn't it, especially when you consider the donor vehicle? I know to anoraks like us it obviously isn't the real thing but it could have been a whole lot worse...

I want one. :(
