Quist runes.

Post by Max »

I have two M35 and two M40 Quist helmets and I need the decals to restore those helmets, but I can not find the ones Quist used. They are the ones with the bottom part of the runes ending below the lower shield angle.

Somebody knows a vendor who has them?

Cheers!!

Max.

Make your own?

Trial and error will probably see a method emerge of making durable decals.......

Thank you all for the links. :)

ShaneH: according to the Beaver & Hicks book SS Helmets. In the M35 Helmets “Q” “ET” & “NS” used their own production decals, “SE” & “EF” were using the “CA Pocher” decals.

A new edition of this book has appeared with updated Info and 64 additional pages. Did somebody know if the above data has been corrected?

Cheers!

Please don't forget to buy the glue, too- it ensures perfect adhesion.

Best regards,
