Yeah, they could be Reichswehr- or imperial army hemlets (M17, M18, etc.). I have to admit, that I'm no knowledge of those early helmets. ;)

The display seems to show ww1 or possibly early postwar,you can see the vent lugs on one of the helmets (top row left).
