D-ring belt loops

Hello,
try to obtain a pair of D-ring belt loops (Aufschiebeschlaufe fuer Koppel). Use one to attach the rear hook of your y-straps (Koppeltragegestell) to your belt, maybe use a pair of pliers to make the back hook fit a bit tighter so it doesn't slip out of the D-ring when you move around. Use the other one reversed on the belt to attach a canteen when you're not using the breadbag or as a spare.
When I'm using my 6-section MP38/40 mag pouch, I'm using 3 loops. One at for the rear hook, one between the loops of the mag pouch on the belt to attach to one front hook and one on the other front side to keep the whole thing balanced. Works like a charm.
