To all who have Urals and Cheng Jiangs copies of the BM could you spill some light on ownership good bad worth having worth avoiding variants, as i'm contemplating getting one preferably road legal

the cj's are supposed to be a better version, I have driven both, current getting back my ural 750 combo, street legal plates, had new engine and gear box, in RAL 7021. need to have money spent on it to resemble BMW, eg brake handles, badges, petrol tank replaced, lights upgrade. have a look at 'old timers garage' dealt with him on many occasions with absolute no problems, the last ural I had was in fact 20+ years older than the log book.
