Who is producing RAL7028 equivalent paint these days? My previous supplier is no longer trading!

I got some RAL paint last week, mixed to the spec. I wanted (matte & suitable for airbrush application or brushing on), £10 per 500ml tin.
It was from an automative suppliers in Edinburgh.
The paint specialist there came out with the full RAL colour chart to double check what I was after...& he said that he can do any of the RAL colours in the future. Takes about 10 minutes to mix it.

there is a paint shop near me that can mix RAL number paints however is this the new or old RAL number. i can check with him on monday cos they are mixing paint for my damaged M35 also ,matt, semi matt or gloss?
