Howdy might seem a silly question but have to ask,
is there anyway an MG34 can be fitted to an MG42-
53 tripod, such as attachments etc ??

two separate mounting brackets , if you were any good at metalworking you could make an adaption , but it would stand out to scrutiny

Re: MG 42/53 AA Tripod
After searching the web there is a company that makes adapters for the MG-34 to
be fitted to the MG-42 AA tripod, if anyone is intrested ?
It is a US company called "IMA USA", as far as i can tell they are going for $199 (Dollars),
pics below, i think i will try and make one first, i had a feeling there was something "floating-
about" as im sure i saw one before somewhere.

That looks like Yugo paint?
IMA are famous/notorious for their prices, not saying if stuff is original or repro and their postage costs.
Mostly though for the terrible TV show they made. http://www.ima-usa.com/family-guns-on-nat-geo-tv.html
