The ends of the rucksack straps dont look typically German, more like the US style.
Shirt, clearly Belgian, collar style not typical wartime.
Thats me out of ideas.

Rucksack looks a little bit like a 1950s French one I used to have a long time ago.

The bag isn't German ww2 and the shirt isn't military issue. If the bag comes with the y-straps(if it's Czech) and it is cheap enough, why not buy it? It's an addition for the collection.
If the shirt fits you and you like it, buy it.

From what little I can see of the rucksack in the photo, it looks like it could possibly be a post-war Italian Alpini rucksack to me.
