question about Luftwaffe bracelet

I'm come from the Netherlands and my English is not too good.
I hope you understand!
I have a bracelet bought of the Luftwaffe. (see photo)
But now the question is what kind of bracelet?
where is it used for? I hope you can understand and maybe help with my question! =D

Not being a luftwaffe aficionado I notice the eagle is going in the opposite direction to the one used on the chest of a tunic.
Is this because of the type of troops/personel or the organisation involved? The swastika is correct/normal way around, just the eagle is flying 'home'. Ideas?

Stig, i've never noticed that but on the lufty helmets i've seen the eagle is also facing the same direction as per the armband....

I noticed myself that if the eagle is portrayed differently than in my Luftwaffe buckle.
