Really Neil....... how do you manage to fit this in next to your Gas Mask? I'm intrigued!
Gas mask is air tight, so its also water proof, so I fills it up, see :D

Plus, If you start to drown while wearing it, you unscrew the filter and let in drain out. :lol:

Gasmask cans are DUST-tight, and not waterproof! Even with the D on the bottom ;). Some latewar cans feature a rubber ring in the lid wich áre waterproof.

Postwar canisters which are identical to wartime ones also sometimes feature the rubber ring, but no "D". I use a postwar canister.

Errrr, it was a joke.
Put a bottle in the gasmask tin AFTER you take the gaskmask out.
OK for private events, especially if its a nice schnapps bottle with a cork, but not in public.

Remember, If your "Rupert" does a snap inspection and catches you without your gasmask in your tin, youve ad it :wink:
