Panzerwerks also don't answer their email. It just bounces back saying their mailbox is full.

Emka sells latches that appear to be similar to the ones Panzerwerks used to use.

They also sell suitable catch plates.

I just bought some Emka 6002-U75-JQ Toggle latches with high opening resistance (without padlock-facility) for a Patronenkasten Project I am working on.
