Ok guys here it is I am in talks with the Panzer Museum for the use of A Stug III for Training as
This is the plan for the training The Coffee shop will be open all day This will be in october date 3rd4th5th the price 60e
Stug III Training
Gunner gundrills learning to load, aim and fire (no rounds) Missfire drills Aiming points on T34 and other Russian tanks

Loader to learn diffrent types of rounds and what they look like,To use the Radio

Driver to learn about the engine ,gear box ,how to keep it running


Commander to learn how to tell the range of an object,reading the ground and other commander skills


All history of the StugIII , technical info, range speed and such

In the evening watch the DVD Fire and Ice

Pak 40 drills
Gunner how to aim fire and other skills the gunner needs

Loader diffrent types of round

Gun commander what type of ammo to use and other skills

Deplyment speed test ie how long it takes to deply load and get the range of a target

Strip and clean the gun

Meet some veterans

Dress code
Stug wrap ,Black Panzer wrap normal field uniform, pea dot is ok
If you have them read greens you may get durty

Head dress Normal sevice dress cap S.N.C.Os can use Dienstmütze Steel helmet

Belt ,Buckle

Boots Jackboots or Short boots (Dont Forget your Boots Marc)
Knife ,Fork,Spoon Plate and cup
Pen, paper There is class room work as well
Sleeping bag

Airport Tampere Finland we are tring to sort out transport to Parola once we have times of all flights of those coming
You could be sat in this seat

Thank you sir we will have real instructors traind on the Stug and pak 40 there is other looking at getting the T34 out as well

Franz , I am going there for sure plus the CO of our club .PM me all the details when you have time .We have a training day this weekend so I will ask the men if they want to go also. Cant wait for it .

FJ are welcome I would like to see some FJ guys over there ,This is a one ff chance to play with this kit and learn how to use it as well

Franz is it possible for any more details, or have i missed the info? Is it a case of organising our own transport, dress code, accomodation etc etc...?

As I will be at Beltring with the lads it would be nice to give them as much info as i can.

Transport Ryan air stansted Tampere Finland (you pay that bit )
From Tampere to parola will be a Coach and back

Dress code will be uniform Stug wraps if you have them or Panzer blacks or wool uniform
We will be on the garison area so we must be Good boys
We will be using the bunker to sleep in (just been built)
Friday
Museum trip (Artillery Museum)
Parola Museum Tanks
Classroom work
Meet a veteran

Sat
Stug training 1 group
Pak training the 2 group


I still have to work round your flight times and Numbers food will be war time soups and such there is also a canteen there for you to by coffee and such

can i ask you , a stug wrap do you have an example to post is it an all in one , i have my panzer blacks and a pea dot wrap as well .

Pea dot will do good sir A stug wrap is a field grey panzer wrap (ie a field grey Panzer black)

Many thanks for the PM Franz , ok we are a go for this trip .Should be super and a trip of a life time . Again thanks for making this trip possible. I think the EK 1 or maybe even the German Cross in Gold should be awarded here !!!!!!!

looks like youre getting some good interest going already franz :)

could i ask you to measure the stug hatch openings to see whether Alex needs to bring the tyre levers and grease to squeeze me in!!!!
