An introduction

Post by Wilhelm »

For those who do not know me, I think a quick intro is in order.

My name is Bill Medland and I am 51 years old. Married and one son.
I live in Germany and visit the UK several times a year for events.

I started Axis reenacting in 1977 as an early member of the then BRA WWII.
After a break of several years, I rejoined the UK scene last year,
although I was a mod on several forums, including this one, for a number
of years.
I do on occasion reenact British Light Infantry, but my heart has always
been in Feldgrau.

I am a member of WARS (Das Reich) and founder-member of the
BFC Study Group.

I am reachable most of the time (I work shifts), feel free to PM me or you
can e-mail me at bills-bunker@bills-bunker.de

Feel free to contact me if you have a request or problem.

Best wishes and cheers, Bill.

Bill i have always had the utmost respect for you and your wife (even though most of our meetings and natters seems to take place in various toilets) oh er steady now. Seriously i know if any of the people are in trouble you will be there to help, assist and advise them if needed.
There was a thread some time back about saluting people, well in my book you have earned the respect to be saluted by me whenever you are wearing the relevant rank. (and after a lifetime as a squaddie i do not make that statement in jest mate).

Cheers

Perhaps some of the "Mainland Europeans" would like to start a thread
about events planed in their countries for 2008?

Cheers, Bill.
