Can the unit commanders of of the units that are coming give me a rough idea of how many from their units are coming to the event . And those who are coming as individual's could give me their names so I have an idea of numbers

Timing is always a compromise, due to the amount of participants (most probably again 40+ or so) we just can not have a poll and/or referendum, we just have to see on what dates we can get the equipment going, instructors on the move and landowner to show green light.

Warm tent and good Kameradenschaft should help you adjust into proper Finnish winter scene.
Welcome to Winter training, see you there! :)

Numbers are slowly filling :D for those that are still booking their flights the the bus leaves Vila Repper at 15.30 on Friday and leaves the event at 1500 Sunday . The Traditional Pizza stop will also take place

Thank you all

About event costs.

Cost of the event is 65 EUR and this will include accomodation, transport from Tampere to Eulenberg and back, food and loan of weaponry if needed. Pre-payment is 40 EUR and the rest (25 EUR) should be paid at the event.

If you come by other means than bus transport the cost is 40 EUR.

Please send payment of 40 EUR by 31.12.2011 to following account:
IBAN: FI79 3636 3001 7227 84
BIC: TAPIFI22
Account holder: Gaissmair
Address: Finland

The pre-payment fee is non-refundable due to the fact that certain costs - such as bus and tent hire - must be paid anyway. Email Gaissmair HQ your name and other details when you have sent the payment, this way we can keep track who has paid and who has not. If you have problems do contact us.

Please do note: if you live outside EUR-area you can pay via PayPal, just get in touch with me about the details. No other payment methods besides direct payment to our account and PayPal are accepted.

Fee also includes free use of toilet, perhaps some toilet paper, maybe some Feldpost parcels, iron rations if I can make something out, Scho-Ka-Kola and most important of all: firewood for the tent stoves!

Ammunition is not included, negotiations with local landowners are still in process. If everything goes OK we have possibility to test-fire Mauser 98k, Walther P38 and MKb42(H). With little luck we may have a Finnish surprise weapon as well.

But please do put payments forward so Franz and I can stop biting our nails wondering will we end up into debt slavery or not.

Lots of people have received these, but in case someone has not, then see above.
