WARNING ORDER.
Event : The Yorkshire Wartime Experience.
DATE : 4th - 5th & 6th JULY 2014.
Location : Hunsworth Lane, Hunsworth. Nr Bradford.

SHOW TIME : 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Allied Re-enactors & Vehicle Owners Display Field.
Allied Re-enactors Plastic Camping Field.
GATE ' C '
Axis Re-enactors & Vehicle Owners Display
Axis Re-enactors Plastic camping Field.
GATE 'D'
WWI Re-enactors & Vehicle Owners Display Field.
You may arrive from 12 noon Wednesday 2nd July.
Wood for camp fires is available.
Digging in is only allowed in certain areas. Check with me before 'Digging In'.
All individuals who wish to take part in the Skirmish or large battle re-enactments
must attend scenario brief & safety briefings.
Section 5 Hirer on site will register & Hire on site. Also ammo sales available.
Camp fires raised ,... certain areas can have fires on ground, check with me first.
On arriving to site I will instruct where your display area is located.
Trench occupation will be allocated by me.
Those without passes may request them on site . I will verify and issue passes as required.
Security is strict this year - so ensure you have your passes on your person at all times.
All Group CO's / Leaders report to the main Arena control point on arrival, to collect your Info sheet.
Those arriving on show days within show open times will need to park in plastic camping and unload.
Vehicles may be taken to display area outside of show open times.
