Have spoken to dave morse, and after speaking to the guv kev it has been agreed that kompanie 1 will attend the show, after speaking to dave the miss understanding has been resolved, and the show are more than happy to have us and other ss groups----- HOWEVER if any members of the public or anyone else does show their dis- pleasure at why we are wearing ss uniforms, its up to us to educate them ( not with a smack in the mouth lol) but speaking to them in a polite manner, that way no one will have any ammunition to dis- credit what we do, i hope everyone agrees comments welcome. :D

got a call from paul
who was verry appologetic over the missunderstanding of uniforms and units

due to members from certain areas in the non reenacting fraternity

as in twatts dressing up in algemeine there became an error in uniform requirements for the show
can i say
paul has allways been verry suportive of us rreenactors and bob who owns the land in which we use has also been superb in helping us out .

again i wont be there as i got other comitments but im sure the guys who organinse this one will as allways be verry accomodating

had the same situation with watercress line, change of management at the top, didnt want german pows, local pub went bust due to public not attending, (also all pows got a free meal and drink), then we were asked back, but we declined, seems that the numbers have faultered since the pub went
however its a different situation with damyns hall, also run by MVT. had praise from organisers cos the show has got bigger in the last 4 years, we'll be there again this year,
funny thing predudice
