Absolutely amazing (yet again !)
Neil & co. manage to upgun the show year on year, with this being the best. No groups, no rivalry just total comitment to one cause...
Dave... A big thank you for allowing me to play with Fifi. Neil thank you for allowing me to be part of this, everyone else... Thank you for being part of the team !
Wonderful support from the Wombles, how you put up with us is an enigma ?!?!
Alfie, emil & co, Stefan...Well done
Not many sleeps left `till next year !!

Hi all
Well what can I say , I was laughing about levishami all the way home , what a great time !!
This is what re-enacting is all about .
The event at Le Visham was the best event I have attended in many years of re-enacting and believe me I have been to quite a few events over the years .
Well to be honest I didn't want to leave early on Sunday but had to , finally got back at 13.00 hrs today .Made the ferry with 10 mins to go on last booking in "phew" .
What a wonderfully serene beautiful place levishami was . It was my first ever visit to Yorkshire and my opinion has been changed forever .
I truly hope I have the chance to re-enact with you guys one more time , before have to leave . But if I don't all of you guys will be in my thoughts for as long as I live .
Oh my god I am getting mushy , and I just don't do mushy ....or pc for that fact .
In the greatest of thoughts and the kindest of memories

It helps if you are as mad as a bag of cats
Here's a list of stuff I scored ....sorry confiscated over the weekend as contraband
3 caramel bars
6 packets of assorted biscuits
3 chocolate bars
Several pieces of fruit
4 packets of crisps

A lucky random child will probably have a tummy ache , as I gave all this stuff to a small child with it's mum and dad ( little girl was special needs and dressed as yvette from allo allo , very sweet indeed !)

And one final one from me - taken early Sunday morning with a few brave souls at the tea hut awaiting the first brew of the day, whilst the first train meanders in, with the chill mist still hanging...

More importantly, did anyone else spot the gentleman 'reenacting' a female MOP on Saturday? Jeans, beige stripey shirt, blondish hair, beer gut....heard what was a man's voice talking about the feldkino when we were chatting to Neil, only to turn round to see something that looked vaguely female :s also spotted on the platform!

Thanks to uncle Neil and the das reich boys, the wombles and all the groups that pulled together and made this an excellent event for Frau. We can't believe how many helferin turned out for the weekend a record not only at levisham but also I think for working together :) the response From the public wrt to all reenactors on the ambience, station and what we all achieved was great many people commenting on how they come to see us all each year and how much they enjoy their time at le Visham
I know I speak for all the girls when I pass on a huge thanks to les Hearn for not only allowing us to display the enigma in our radio room, but also for allowing us to handle it to demonstrate to the public how it was operated. It not only made a great talking point, it was an honour and privilege one I don't think any of us will forget in any hurry 8)
To the station staff for the meal and bar, pete from kp1 for the tunes Saturday night was memorable albeit a haze in places ;) a great night with dirndls a plenty :)
The only downside is how is this topped next year and why does it seem so far away.

Thanks again from Frau and all the ladies who attended

Frau admin :)

The place could not opperate efficiently without the marvelous Helferin.
If you want to talk about how to do things, ask a man.
If you want them done however, ask FRAU.
