The wearing of the Black uniform for most WSS was stopped during the war to be contiued after Germany won the war . I dont remember the dates but will post it after I come back from my hoiliday . Those looking after the Old mad did wear the uniform till wars end

Is this something you feel W-SS re-enactors do that Heer re-enactors dont?
Interested in your view of this as from a UK re-enactors perspective, I have only seen this sort of item on small "for sale" tables and not on displays.
