12-13th December NEAM
The North East Aircraft Museum (NEAM) near Sunderland, is putting a show together at the museum on the 12-13th December. The displays are to be based around "Ardennes" scenes and scenarios. No battle and no bangs.
Das Reich will be attending and providing a display.
As this will only probably be of interest to Northern re-enactors, I would like to extend the hand of friendship and invite any Northern guys/gals from other groups to kick in with us.
Yes its a bit close to Christmas, but it gets you out of the house and it helps keep the dreaded "Cabin Fever" at bay.
PM me if you fancy it.
Oh. And the museum is Haunted.....................

Hi,
Anne & Frank from Frontline Assn are interested in attending this event with you. for most of the rest of the group its too near xmas, but we may be able to get Graeme and Nellie interested. Can you use a DRK Nurse and a couple of Fallshies in the scenario?
What's the situation with sleeping arrangements? is it huts, barracks or tents?
Please let us know a few more details.
All the best
Anne & Frank

Re: 12-13th December NEAM
A nice weekend, unfortunately not burdened with loads of public.
Bad weekend for it I guess.
None the less, our gallant bunch of friends put on a nice display and had a good old time doing it.
I get such a huge lift when friends from so many varied groups come together with one goal in mind.
To put on a good show and to have fun doing it. (Pictures to follow)
Many, many thanks to:
Phil (N44 as a Brandenberger)
Martin (GD)
Steve (FJR6)
Frank, Anne and Graham (Frontline)
Les & Andy (85th Gebirgs)
Rodger (SBG)
Anthony, Karin, Jon, Chris, Matt, Tim, Malc, Dave and finally Nigel (who came all the way from Hastings!)
(My collegues in Das Reich)
Thanks for a great weekend gang, and a very Merry Christmas and a Festive New year to you all
Oh! and an additional extra special happy birthday to Les Hearn (hope the hangover gets better soon )
See you all next season
Neil
