You've obviously never been as a re-enactor then so far?

Passes aren't sent out at W&P - there are so many it would cost literally thousands.

You go to the Re-enactors/Exhibitors Booking In and collect them from the counter. If you got your forms in before June 30 then your passes will be there - Some years ago they used to send out to group leaders an envelope containing everyone's Vehicle Pass and wristbands but I'm not sure when that stopped (or if it did altogether which kinda contradicts what I just wrote :roll: )

but for at least 5 years - Myself and those I book in go and collect passes after being ticked off the list I send in.

Cheers

Cheers PD :D
I haven't been to Belters before as ive always thought it was mainly for the "petrol heads" :lol:
I assumed it was the same as Detling where they sent passes/wristbands etc???
So basically your group (hopefully) have sent in the forms and you go to the entance and
ask for the pass by name/group, and....voila! (lol)

Thanks for the info :wink:

Its not the main entrance,its a bit further up the road and follow the signs,anyway your comrades should send you details,do you have a newsletter,email ect;
As its your first visit to W&P I think you will be impressed,the stalls go on for ever and there is always something new at the show.
