Hello all,

Were Oakleaf zeltbahns ever produced in herringbone material? any feedback would be very helpful!

I don't know , to be honest I think they may have as at end of war they were using anything they could get their hands on , ss used dyed fatigue uniforms for summer use as opposed to the oat meal colouredones, as they used it widely for u boat uniforms and other uniforms , the Yugo's used herringbone twill in the 1980's to produce their camo for a short period.

I'm with KK, never seen or heard of any hbt used to make a zeltbahn or any other type of tent.

Technically twills have two faces to the fabric, a front and a back. Not ideal for a reversible item.
