well to be honest some of those rules are a bit strict, not sure i know of many groups that would be able to do it quite so precise, or infact would want too, not sure how it is out in the US, but such rules at an event here would probably go down like a lead baloon. (dislcaimer: This is my personal oppinion, please dont go and say well actualy our group adheres to those standards as such all groups, cos I can flatly tell you that not all groups do)
