One more question, my collar tabs are panzergrenadier, so should I put epaulettes with white piping?

Personaly I would recomend you to use collar tabs without green background on M40 and a shoulderboards with grass green piping for Panzergrenadiers.

I think that is what most people would suggest, generic litzen mounted directly to the collar.
You have to be so careful you dont get accused of bullying on here these days as more and more people try to shoehorn the barely credible into their impression. Be doubly aware that telling people that this type of litzen; http://www.epicmilitaria.com/product.ph ... ollar-tabs is utter crap and dont belong on any uniform.
Get some of this type for your M40 http://www.epicmilitaria.com/product.ph ... ollar-tabs.
