if you had a time machine and could go back to the dark days of 44 in arnhem and ask a paratrooper if he would approve of a bunch of kids from england being motivated by his memory i think he would approve!

Ian - I liked that fact that at the end - the gravity of the Arnhem Operation came home to these young people. And they actually achieved something - You above all know that feeling of first time through the door...... And they did it. How Big an Achievment must it be for them?
Overall I think the program made several valid points.

The program sounds really good and must have been very interresting. As I am from Arnhem I tried to watch it over the net, but unfortunatly it is not possible outside the UK. Do any of you know another way to watch it?

when i did my training , it was done at 2000 Ft , i was a bag of nerves on the flight until my buddy said to me we are dropping at 800 feet, then my nerves went through the roof , pucker factor :)... that was my 6th Jump , the lads on the programme only did 1 practise jump due to weather and the Dak jump was there 2nd one , so for them to do what they did , was unbelievable.

Yep, tried it. It won't work, because we're outside the UK.

Maybe somebody can get me the episodes on disc and sent it to Holland? Or sent it to Sturmschar Andy and he'll take care of it. I really would like to watch it!!

Watched the first episode, still got the second to get through. As already stated it was nice to see a group of teenagers who actually mucked in and got on with it. From the start many of them admitted how unfit they were but they cracked on and did what was asked.

As PD said I think those on the Pozzi forum that are having a bitch are totally missing the point. Different and educational, lets have more like it.
