Happy birthday Finland! December 6th, 1939 Finland was celebrating it's 22nd birthday as an independent nation while at war against the country that gave her the independence. Winter war had been going for 7 days.
Now 70 years later we can celebrate our 92nd independence day in peace, thanks to the veterans that gave their everything and defended her against overwhelming odds.
