Ok, so I know nothing about German bits and bobs. So, the quesstion is - what is this bag?
It is 12" x 18" (approx), dark grey cotton. It has a matching grey drawstring at the opening end.
On one side, in the middle of the bag the word "Bummifchurzen" is printed in sutterlin script. (there are two dots over the U - but I do not have that character on my keyboard)
Any ideas?
(It was folded up deep inside a US M36 musette bag that came from an estate sale in Texas.)
Many thanks,
Ashley

Re: What is this bag for?
I'm guessing the "f" is an "s" and possibly the "B" is a "G" - That would be Gummischurzen or rubber aprons.........?
Is that feasible? Does the bag smell of latex?
