Just a quick post to get us on the list but basically:

Female group ran by women of WARS providing an opportunity for all women regardless of group to work together. As long as you have insurance paid to someone then we are happy to work with you.

We initally thought of the idea as a way of broadening our uniform collections then thought why not use them?

We hope to portray all aspects of third reich womens roles, from mother to DRK to Reichspost.

Any women wanting to work with us or join then please PM either Dink or Me!!! Even if you just want some advice for ladies getting into the hobby, just get in touch.

You most certainly will FRAU will be at Renishaw , but our next event is the East of England Tank museum where we have a toy to play with and will be portraying Flakhelferinnen. Any ladies that would like to join us for the weekend are more than welcome provided they have PLI cover with their own group (and that group doesn't mind them coming to play), you can if you have the kit for this do Flak, Luft NH or Flug as they can all be worked into the scenario. Alternatively if anyone would like to join us and hasn't got appropriate kit, a set of blue overalls (non poly ones) can be worked in as the ladies of the time were issued these and can be bought on a very small budget .

FRAU made their first showing and although sadly the 88 didn't make it - the 40mm Bofors did. Lou & Dink in matching uniforms (more than most groups can manage in itself! ) along with Leanne Woodhouse, manned the gun as Flakhelferinnen. I think the fat bird with the big tits who helped them was sideshow bob but cant' be sure.......

I know some networking went on and there will be bigger projects from FRAU. Nice to see wimmin actually getting it together to step out from under the shadow of the boys...... Looking forwards to seeing more from FRAU.
