Every one of these groups are bloody good in all respects and when the get togeather at a private event the sight of them all moving off togeather is impressive to say the least.

Just some more pictures of the groups members, helps to illustrate that we cover all aspects of the Fallschirmjäger during WWII
A member of the group practicing the control ofhis chute before releasing himself from the harness and then retreiving his weapon from a drop container.
A member of the group dressed ready for a training jump in the south of France.
The machanical pack mule of the fallschirmjäger, the kettenkrad
and a couple of portrait shots
Any Fj reenactors out there fancy a combined group Fj only Lehr event?, not for the public but just for us, we could indulge in all things FJ....................

So who is doing Fsj Regt 5.... ???? (Part of Ramcke, Tunisia, Kirovograd, Normandy (St Lo), Nymegen, St Vith...)
Re: Fallschirm-Jager Regiments 2,3,6,FJ39-45
Hi Peter, we in Fallschirmjager 39-45, try and turn our hand to portray any Fj unit so Fjr5 is within our scope. We are planning to do Gustav line scenario at the Victory show here in the UK, and maybe taking part in a Sicily based photoshoot later this year. fancy dusting down your tropical kit and popping over to join us?

Hallo Paul ! I was wondering as it seems everyone is doing Fsj Regt 6, Ramcke etc but no-one did mention for instance Fsj Regt 5 who has a most interesting history....
I am - also in view of the book releasy about Fsj Tropical uniforms by John Hodgin - getting my Tropical outfit together. I am also researching the battle for Tunisia for some time , so that makes 1+1=2... Here in Holland I think tropical uniforms are not populair as most shows are about '40 or '44 and not about the war outside Holland. So tropical uniforms is more ore less for collectors - putting it on a stand and who are waiting for the big day to wear it which mabe never will come...
I have trousers and tunic jacket but am looking for the rest and best best equipment to get.. But that is it at the moment. Maybe an idea to start 'The BIG Tropical FSJ Outfit' Topic where to buy what item (and for all: what not to buy).
Thanks for the invitation Paul for the show, but I am to busy at the moment with work (always work, work , work) but I know I must come over one day. Looking foreward to that, as I know I will learn a lot of you guys.
Cheers!
Peter
