A few years ago i looked into forming a Brandenburg unit. There are a few books on the unit itself. There guys are really really stretching it though. They were more noted for early war undercover, and then mid war partisan operations. Im not sure that all the camo would be accurate, maybe some select captured equipment but going camo crazy, probably not. To each their own i guess.

Lads

its a poor effort all round and as someone who had to encounter them at shows in Ireland i shudder , they undermine the good work and efforts by other groups present and we for one in BGS do not want to be tared with the one brush .

A little research and a bit of cop on would go along way with the "Hamburger "commandos

i was going to put russian kit together, join a russian group and sabotage everything they do, when we do public or private battles, i would cock everything up and shoot them in the backs, and when it came to the point that they would kick me out of the group, i would reveal myself as a brandenburg commando then retreat somewhere safely :) Now thats living history :P :P :P

Dear oh dear, .....oh dear.
Brandenburg? afraid not lads, maybe the motley einsatzgruppen gang in "come and see" possibly. Sorry if this sounds negative, its just how i see it. Dont doubt your motives in developing a good impression, but when you post it out in the big bad world of PZ and the axis community at large you gotta expect it when you put this sorta stuff out.

It's like if there is a rule, that the more 'elite' the actual unit you are trying to portray are, the less an effort you should make into portraying it.
