Book wanted - WW2 trucks

Specifically looking for a copy of " Puolustusvoimien moottoriajoneuvot 1919-1959", by Markku Mäkipirtti - published in 2006.
Seems that the publishers website has crashed or been closed & none of the on-line book sources seem to have a copy.
Slim chances, but you never know...
