Looking for a pair size 10

Hi - are you an actual size 10? I recently bought a pair of period boots, nice cleats and hooks in really solid condition from germany but they're too tight for me. I'm a size 10 and they're close, I can get my feet in, but too tight really - guessing a size 9 maybe 9.5.
If you're interested let me know and I'll send you exact measurements and pics. They are lovely boots just a shame they're too tight for me
